PROBLEMS; If a couple has sex out of marriage both of them maybe killed. If the families are close an agreement may be arrived at where the girl’s family can demand girls from the boy’s family for marriage to the boy’s in their family. The offending couple must then marry. It is the girls family who can demand because it is considered that the boy has committed the greater wrong. If the boy were to run away the girl would be killed directly without negotiation and the hunt to kill the boy w o u l d b e g i n . T h e girl would be killed by her brother, uncle or cousin. After ’91 and the failure of the Kuwait campaign Saddam Hussein used the tribal system to control Iraq simply implementing a reporting system to see what was going on but allowing the sheikhs to handle the day to day affairs, tribunals etc. Saddam told the mayors of the towns, villages and cities to cooperate with the sheikhs to control their areas. Also inside Saddams tribe these problems happened, in Tikrit. 2 women from Saddams tribe had relations with their bodyguards and Saddam asked his half-brother, Saab-arwi to burn both of them to death with gasoline along with the bodyguards involved. This was done in the village of Orja, Saddam's birthplace in 93-94. |

النساء اذا قام شخصان بالجنس من غير زواج من الممكن ان يتعرض الاثنين الى القتل عائلة الولد الزواج . الاثمين يجب ان يتزوجا ان عائلة البنت تستطيع ان تطلب امن . الولد الزواج لنه يعتبر الولد هو الذي اقترف خطا آبيراً اذا هرب الولد بعيداً سوف تقتل البنت مباشرةً بدون اي مناقشة والبحث عن . الولد سيبدا . البنت تقتل من قبل لخوها او عمها او ابن عمها بعد فشل حرب الكويت في عام 1991 قام صدام حسين باستخدام نظام العشائر للسيطرة على العراق ببساطة اتبع نظام التقارير لمعرفة ماالذي يجري في البلاد ولكن سمح للشيوخ باخذ بزمام الامور يوما بعد يوم مثل الشؤن .. مجالس العدل..الخ ... صدام اخبر محافظي المدن ومسؤلي القرى بالتعاون مع شيوخ . العشائر للسيطرة على مناطقهم ايضا حدثت مشاآل في داخل عشيرة صدام في تكريت . اثنين من النساء من عشيرة صدام قامتا بعلاقة جنسية مع اثنين من الحرس الشخصيين وامر صدام اخيه الغير شقيق سبعاوي لحرقهن حتى الموت بالبنزين مع الحرسين - الشخصيين . وحدث هذه في قرية عوجة محل ولادة صدام حسين في عام 1993 1994 |

Everybody in the tribe already knows they will be killed if they do this but they thought they could keep this a secret. In Saddam’s tribe they tried to keep their traditions and to keep the women to only marry within the tribe. The only courses women who went to college were allowed were teaching degrees. Why only teaching? Because the teaching college was inside the Green Zone, there was a school in Orja and this would prevent the women from having any need or reason to go outside and form relations with anybody else. Also because Saddam’s wife was a teacher. This situation was just for the women of Saddam’s tribe, other women in Baghdad, particularly those in the Ba’ath party held equal positions to men in many government ministries? True. Saddams daughters were also teachers. Was your tribe close to Saddam’s? No. When Saddam was a young man he sometimes stayed in Haweeja. Relations were broken between our tribes OB and the BAYJART tribe when one of our uncles killed Saddam’s cousin. When the Bayjart tribe come for the fuss a l t h e B J ’ s a s k e d f o r a woman in marriage as a payment for the killing but the OB’s refused. The BJ’s sent men to kill the killer in the OB tribe but they ended up killing the killer’s son. When Saddam took control of Iraq in ’79 the 2 tribes sat again and solved the problem, without payment of any kind . ‘Joe-al f-rarsh’. In our tribe we do that all the time to end problems. Joe…. Did your tribe have any problems with Saddams tribe when he was in power? No. If any body had such a problem you could complain to the National Council and they would reply within 2 days to a week and he would punish them immediately. If Saddam found this to be true Saddam would send money or a car to the plaintiff for what his tribe did. What sort of punishment for the guilty party? Prison until the plaintiff arrived to say let him out. Not Abu Ghraib but underground prisons where no-one could see |

عشيرة . صدام وقد دعوا لؤرية الحرق . الضحايا آانوا يعرفون ماذا سيحدث لهم ؟ نعم الكل في العشيرة آانوا يعرفون انهم سيقتلون اذا قاموا بذلك لكنهم اعتقدوا انهم . يستطيعون ان يحفظوا ذلك سراً في عشيرة صدام حاولو الحفاظ على تقاليدهم والحفاظ على النساء في الزواج في حدود العشيرة. الوحيد الذي آان يجري النساء اللاتي ذهبن الى الكلية قد سمحت لهن درجة التعليم. لماذا فقط التعليم ؟!!.لان آلية التعليم آانت داخل المنطقة الخضراء وآانت هناك مدرسة في العوجه وهذه تمنع النساء من الحصول على عذر او سبب في الخروج ورسم العلاقات مع اي شخص اخر.آذلك آانت . زوجة صدام مدرسة هذه الوضعية آانت فقط للنساء من عشيرة صدام ,وبقية النساء في بغداد على الاخص اللاتي في حزب البعث حصلن على مواقع مساوية للرجال في العديد من . الوزارات الحكومية ,صحيح بنات صدام آن مدرسات ايظا هل آانت عشيرتك قريبا لصدام ؟ل لا,عندما آان صدام شابا آان بعض الاوقات يبقى في الحويجه . العلاقات قد تحطمت بين عشيرتنا ( العبيدي&البيجات),عندما احد اعمامنا قام بقتل ابن عم صدام,وعندما جاء عشيرة البيجات للفصل طلبوا إمرأة للزواج آدفع فدية للقتل ولكن العبيد رفضوا .وبعد ذلك ارسلوا البيجات رجالهم لقتل القاتل في عشيرة العبيد ولكن في النهاية قتلوا إبن . القاتل عندما سيطر صدام على العراق في( 1979 ),جلسا العشيرتين مرة- 9 اخرى وحلوا المشكلة بدون الدفع باي شكل من الاشكال (جوا الفراش),في . ............ ( عشيرتنا نقوم بذلك في آل الاوقات لإنهاء المشاآل (جوا الفراش هل آان لعشيرتك اي مشاآل مع عشيرة صدام عندما آان في السلطة ؟ آلا ,اذا آان اي احد لديها مشكلة آان يستطيع الشكوى الى المجلس الوطني وسوف يرد خلال يومين الى اسبوع وسوف يعاقبهم فوراً . اذا صدام وجد هذا صحيح سوف يرسل النقود او سيارة الى المدعي على ما فعله عشيرته. ما نوع العقوبات التي يعاقب به المذنب ؟ السجن حتى ياتي المدعي ويقول دعه يذهب . ليس سجن ابو غريب بل سحن تحت الارض لا احد يستطيع ان يراهم |
